Shipping is handled by the manufacturer that produces the product. Either Printful, or one of the merchants with Printify, depending on the item ordered. Shipping costs are determined by the manufacturer and we have no control over it as a store owner as we do not produce or ship the products. Print on demand.

If you paid in cryptocurrency, the returned funds will be at current market rate in dollars. So if the return amount of the product is $20 and you paid in Hive and Hive was at $.35 per Hive when you paid for the item, and when you wanted to return it, it is at $.40, the $20 refund will be given at the $.40 market value rate... So meaning the crypto will be returned at the proper dollar rate for the time of the refund.
If an order is cancelled after production has been started, we cannot do anything to stop it. We will have to then begin the return/refund process.
